Pneumatic Diaphragm Actuators

This Series provides high performance, high power diaphragm actuators of multi-spring type that are compact and light. Receiving pneumatic or electric signals, the unit balances the force created when diaphragm is air-pressured through positioner and the force of compressed spring, so that the output shaft is controlled and placed at a set position.
Control of position by pneumatic signals (20 to 100Kpa) directly applied on diaphragm is also possible. Combination with KOSO positioner provides high accuracy position control.

Motorized Actuators

Here is a line-up of motor-operated actuators of basically ON/OFF control. 3100 series is featured by small-size, lightweight and high output. 3400 series and 3420 series use case, cover, mounting portion, etc. commonly with a full-electronic actuator. 3900 series can be used for an inexpensive and simple instrumentation, with a potentiometer mounted for detection of control position, besides small size and lightweight. Explosion-proof approved models are also replete.
Solid State Electronic Actuators

Each product of this series drives and controls a control valve, with a motor driven by a full-electronic controller upon receipt of a signal (4 to 20 m ADC) from the controller. A product of 3500 series, which is of high-end type, executes critical control by means of a brushless DC servo, a product of 3600 series or 3620 series providing superior cost performance executes control by an AC reversible motor. Furthermore, a product of 3620 series, which is of motor built-in type, provides excellent heat radiation effect. In addition, explosion-proofing approved models are also replete.
Microprocessor Controlled Actuators

This Series represents intelligent digital actuators targeting the control method of the next generation.
They are process control devices of multi-function hybrid structure incorporationg computer functions to fully utilize advan-tages of both electric and hydraulic types, ie., high speed and large output. Major components are digital motor, gear pump and electronic circuit. Unique hydraulic Flow Match System (pat-ented) controlled by direct digital signals secures stabilized high speed response and high accurancy action. Fail safe upon power loss. Furthermore, with three kinds of power modules that have redundancy and high power, electric safety is enhanced. With this Series, we have come closest ever to the concept of "Maintenance free."
